CGX Top quality ISO certified Inclined coal roller screen for crushing/coal handling system
Roller screen features:
1. The shaft sieve is driven by a single shaft of roller motor, which is convenient for maintenance.
2. The screen shaft at the feeding end is installed at an inclined position, which can quickly separate the materials and have a high screening effect.
3. The sieve pieces on the two sieve shafts intersect, reducing the dead angle formed by adjacent sieve shafts and avoiding jammed sieve.
4. There is a bypass, equipped with electric actuator, manually operated reversing mechanism, do not need to screen, directly through the side of the road, to facilitate equipment maintenance and cleaning.
5. The bypass reversing plate adopts the structure of bar and sand, when the material falls to the reversing plate part of the particles are screened first, which favorably improves the screening efficiency.
6. Both sides of the box layout design movable insert structure, when the need to replace the maintenance of screen shafts, sieve sheet, anti-corrosion liner is very convenient.
7. It is equipped with coal plugging alarm and electrical control safety protection to avoid equipment damage caused by abnormal operation.

Application

Precautions during operation
1. The motor should be firmly fixed during operation, without abnormal vibration and noise, and the motor shell is not overheated.
2、Hard gear reducer adopts gear oil lubrication, the oil level should be kept in the middle of the sight oil window, the duty personnel should check the oil level every shift, and should replenish the oil in time when it is in short supply to ensure the normal operation of the reducer.
3, the reducer should run smoothly, no noise, foot bolts and connecting bolts should be no loose phenomenon, no oil leakage, vibration, overheating phenomenon, the working environment temperature is -25 ℃ ~ +40 ℃, the use of the reducer's maximum temperature is not allowed to exceed +80 ℃.
4, the sieve shaft rotation should be flexible and smooth, found that the sieve shaft does not turn should stop running, notify the maintenance personnel to check and deal with.
5, the equipment should be screened at a high rate, the coal crusher is basically running in the no-load state, the screen sealing performance is good, the strong wind generated by the coal crusher with the dust inside the rotary, rotary in the inner bypass, the big cover and other places of the viscous deposits, so one to two months have to open the door of the view, clean up the viscous deposits, so as not to affect the normal operation of the screen.
6, when the equipment is running, the shovel knife is easy to hang under the gun line and other debris, 6-10 months to clean up once. In order to avoid excessive accumulation of debris under the shovel knife affects the service life of the sieve.
7、Site lighting is sufficient, communication facilities are intact, the channel is smooth and unobstructed. There should be no flammable and explosive materials nearby, and keep good fire-fighting facilities.
8、Running to monitor and check the operating conditions. For example, the current of the motor, the temperature of the bearing part, as well as the ringing sound, the tightness of the bonding surface, the tightness of the connecting screws and so on.
9、After the equipment stops, the duty officer should check that there should be no residue on the screen surface, and should try to remove it if there is.
