Choose our ICS series scales to boost your operational performance and ensure precise material handling in your business

    Features
    • Using sealed bearing as the support, accurate and stable force transmission, fast zero return.
    • Solid weighing bridge and impact resistance, particularly suitable for work in harsh conditions.
    • Non-distortion of the scale body and stable measurement accuracy.
    • No moving parts and less maintenance.
    • Various calibration methods and multiple output interfaces to meet various control requirements.
The start-up process of the bulk weighing scale
    1. Turn on the power required for each metering unit.
    2. Eliminate all potential factors inside and outside the measuring scale that may cause unstable operation of the measuring scale. Ensure that there are no foreign objects in the funnel and that the measuring scale is not disturbed by other equipment during operation. If there is material in the hopper, please touch the "Empty Feed Scale" button.
    3. The equipment should be peeled after its first use or disassembly. Peeling can only be carried out when there is no material in the funnel. Peeling is strictly prohibited during normal operation.
    4. The upper and lower limits of the feed should not be set too high, otherwise the material will overflow. Nor should they be set too low, otherwise frequent feeding will cause unstable measurement and weighing operations. The lower limit of the feed should not be set too low, otherwise the drive command will be too high, affecting the feeding accuracy.
    5. Open the feed valve of the bulk weighing scale and inject the material into the funnel.
    6. Inspection:
      1. Set the initial feed volume, check the drive command, and check the time. The initial value of the feed volume should be greater than 0. If it equals 0, an error alarm for the feed volume will occur and the metering scale cannot start.
      2. Before inspection, the weighing scale should be operated to fill the feeding screw and the sleeve with materials.
      3. Press the "Start Inspection" button to conduct the inspection.
      4. Check the larger feed volume to determine whether the larger flow rate and weighing of the production line are suitable.
    7. Notify the skilled personnel to set the proportion of the formula and do not change it at will.
    8. When the main machine speed of the bulk weighing scale reaches the set value, first set the feed volume, then start weighing 1# in sequence. After the material flows out of the machine head, start weighing 2# in sequence. Note that when the main machine starts, the side feeding motor should be connected simultaneously.

    Frequently Asked Questions
What are the main features of the bulk weighing scale?
It features accurate force transmission with sealed bearings, a solid impact-resistant weighing bridge, stable measurement accuracy, no moving parts for reduced maintenance, and multiple output interfaces for various control requirements.
How should the feed limits be set during operation?
Upper and lower limits should be carefully balanced. Setting them too high causes material overflow, while setting them too low leads to frequent feeding and unstable measurement which affects feeding accuracy.
When is it appropriate to peel the equipment?
The equipment should be peeled after its first use or disassembly, and strictly only when there is no material in the funnel. Peeling during normal operation is strictly prohibited.
What is the correct procedure for the initial inspection?
Set the initial feed volume greater than 0, operate the scale to fill the feeding screw and sleeve with materials, and then press the "Start Inspection" button to verify the flow rate.
What should be done if there is material in the hopper before starting?
If there is material in the hopper before starting the measuring scale, you must touch the "Empty Feed Scale" button to eliminate potential interference.
In which industries can the bulk weighing scale be applied?
This weighing scale is widely applied in various industries including building materials, metallurgy, electricity, chemicals, coal, mining, and ports.
