Technical Characteristics
The forced oil circulation cooling technology for large and medium-sized transformers widely adopted at home and abroad has an extremely low temperature rise (≤50℃), and the cooling technology is mature, safe and reliable.
The core is made of oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with high magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetic induction intensity. The magnetic permeability is much higher than that of ordinary pure iron materials, reducing hysteresis loss and improving the stability of the total magnetic field.
The magnetic circuit of the magnetic separator is short, the magnetic loss is small, the magnetic field gradient is large, the iron removal capacity is strong and the iron removal rate is high.
The magnetic separator is light in weight, compact in structure and has excellent heat dissipation effect. The excitation coil adopts advanced impregnation and curing technology and is completely immersed in transformer oil, providing excellent moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-corrosion performance.
The excitation coil is made into a three-dimensional winding, with a large heat dissipation area, unobstructed and reasonable oil circuit, and extremely low temperature rise (≤50℃).
Automatic iron unloading, simple maintenance. The drum has a waist drum-shaped structure and is equipped with an automatic deviation correction function. The specially designed fully sealed bearing housing can adapt to application scenarios with large on-site dust.
