China YCW Series Waterless Discharge Tailings Recovery Machine - Suppliers & Factory for Mining, Steel, Iron, Sand Washing
Technical features
The magnetic pole spacing of the disks is small, and there is no zero magnetic zone between disks.
Non-contact forced unloading type. A protective layer of mineral powder prevents wear on the magnetic disk surface, extending service life by 8 to 10 times while improving the grade of recovered magnetic minerals.
Specially designed for tailings reselection. Handles large flow rates and low-grade tailings with a capacity several to ten times that of existing cylindrical magnetic separators.
All materials passing between the disks are subjected to the magnetic field, ensuring magnetic minerals are fully recovered for a high recovery rate.
Unique magnetic field arrangement leaves magnetic minerals with a large amount of water. Minerals remain flowing, requiring little to no supplementary water.
High output efficiency with large capacity and a small footprint, consuming only 2.2kw - 7.5kw of power.
Small floor space and minimal difference in inlet and outlet material levels allow for flexible installation wherever there is a tail chute.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes the unloading mechanism of this machine special?
The unloading is a non-contact forced type. It features a protective layer of mineral powder on the magnetic disk surface, which prevents wear and extends the machine's service life to 8-10 times that of conventional models.
Does the recovery process require a large amount of water?
No, it promotes water conservation. Due to the unique magnetic field arrangement, recovered magnetic minerals naturally contain sufficient water and remain in a flowing state. Basically, no extra water is needed, or only a very small amount is required.
How energy-efficient is the disc-type tailings recovery machine?
The machine is highly energy-efficient. Despite its large processing capacity and high output efficiency, it only consumes between 2.2kw and 7.5kw of power depending on the specific model.
What is the processing capacity range of these machines?
Designed for large flow rates and low-grade tailings, the processing capacity (disposal of slurry) ranges from 50 m³/h in the smallest models up to 2400 m³/h in the largest models, easily outperforming existing cylindrical magnetic separators.
Is it difficult to install the machine on-site?
Not at all. The machine requires a small floor space and has a minimal difference in inlet and outlet material levels, making it very easy to install basically wherever there is a tail chute.
How is the uniform gap between the disks ensured during production?
During the manufacturing process, after bonding the magnetic blocks and frame welding, the center distance and gaps are meticulously positioned and repaired to guarantee that the surface is flat and the gaps between disks remain uniform.
