Feature:
1.The dehydration holes of the fan-shaped filter plate are evenly distributed, with a reasonable porosity, large rib size, and made of high-strength engineering plastic, which increases the service life by 1 to 1.5 times.
2.The filtration area of the filtrate pipe is large, and the area of the distribution head and abdominal cavity is also large, which improves the air extraction rate and the effect of filtrate discharge.
3. Wear-resistant nylon monofilament or double-layer multifilament filter cloth increases the dehydration rate and is less prone to clogging, thus prolonging the service life.
4.Centralized automatic lubrication by multi-point dry oil pumps.
The automatic filter cloth cleaning device maintains its excellent dehydration effect.
5. Horizontal forced variable-speed stirring, the shaft end adopts rubber and graphite packing and triple sealing with water pressure difference to ensure no slurry leakage.
6. The main drive features stepless speed regulation, which is adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material (AC speed-regulating motor or frequency converter) to achieve the desired working effect.
Each plate is composed of 20 filter fan plates, which enhances the control of the filtration process and ensures uniform cake thickness.
7. The friction plates are made of specially designed wear-resistant boron cast iron, which combines rigidity and flexibility, has a good sealing effect and a long service life.
The filtrate pipe is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe, which increases the service life by more than 10 times.
8. The upper and lower flanges at the interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan are removed, and direct welding with mold positioning is adopted, reducing the possible air leakage points by 90%.
