Application
1. Large inclination angle conveyor is a general-purpose continuous conveying equipment for bulk materials, but it adopts the conveyor belt with corrugated baffle and cross partition. Therefore, it is especially suitable for large inclination angle and vertical 90°conveying.
2. Large inclination angle conveyor can be used in coal, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, grain, harbor, ship and other industries to convey all kinds of bulk materials with the specific gravity of 0.5-4.2t/m3 in the range of the working environment temperature of -15℃~+40℃.
3. For conveying materials with special requirements, such as high temperature, acid, alkali, oil or organic solvents and other materials, acid and alkali resistant, oil resistant, heat resistant or flame retardant baffle belts should be used.
4. Conveying angle of inclination is within the range of 0°~90°, and the maximum vertical conveying material size is 400mm.

1. Conveying bulk materials at large inclination angle, saving floor space and completely solving the problem of conveying angle which can not be reached by ordinary and patterned belt conveyor.
2. Mechanized belt conveyor conveying materials, low overall investment costs, saving about 20% to 30% of investment costs.
3. Comparing with ordinary belt conveyor, head elevator and scraper conveyor, the comprehensive technical performance of large inclination angle conveyor is superior.
4. Large conveying capacity up to 6000m3/h, vertical lifting height up to 500m.
5. When conveying materials vertically, the maximum particle size of materials can reach 400mm.
