 Working Principle
This vibrating feeder features a robust design, comprising a vibrating frame, springs, a vibrator, and a motor-driven vibrating device. The core of the feeder is its vibrator, which consists of two fixed eccentric shafts designed with coordinated gears. It's crucial that these gears are aligned properly during installation. As the motor drives the eccentric shafts to rotate, they generate a significant linear force that induces vibration in the feeder. This vibration allows materials to glide and move forward along the funnel. During this process, materials pass through a screening section where smaller particles fall away, thereby preventing further crushing and achieving effective screening.
