High-Quality Inclined Coal Roller Screen - ISO Certified China Suppliers and Factory for Efficient Coal Handling
Roller Screen Features
- Single Shaft Drive: The shaft sieve is driven by a single shaft of a roller motor, which is highly convenient for maintenance.
- Inclined Installation: The screen shaft at the feeding end is installed at an inclined position, quickly separating materials with a high screening effect.
- Intersecting Sieve Pieces: The sieve pieces on the two sieve shafts intersect, reducing the dead angle formed by adjacent shafts and avoiding jammed sieves.
- Bypass Mechanism: Equipped with an electric actuator and manually operated reversing mechanism. Materials can bypass the screen directly through the side for easy equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Efficient Reversing Plate: The bypass reversing plate adopts a bar and sand structure. When materials fall, particles are screened first, improving overall efficiency.
- Movable Insert Structure: Both sides of the box feature a movable insert design, making the replacement and maintenance of screen shafts, sieve sheets, and anti-corrosion liners very convenient.
- Safety Protection: Equipped with a coal plugging alarm and electrical control safety protection to avoid equipment damage caused by abnormal operation.

Application
Precautions During Operation
- The motor should be firmly fixed during operation, without abnormal vibration and noise, and the motor shell must not overheat.
- The hard gear reducer adopts gear oil lubrication. The oil level should be kept in the middle of the sight oil window. Duty personnel should check the oil level every shift and replenish it in time when in short supply.
- The reducer should run smoothly with no noise, loose bolts, oil leakage, vibration, or overheating. The working environment temperature is -25℃ to +40℃, and the maximum temperature of the reducer must not exceed +80℃.
- The sieve shaft rotation should be flexible and smooth. If a sieve shaft does not turn, stop running immediately and notify maintenance personnel.
- The equipment should maintain a high screening rate. Ensure good sealing performance. Clean up viscous deposits in the inner bypass and big cover every 1 to 2 months to prevent operation issues.
- When running, debris can easily hang under the shovel knife. Clean it up every 6-10 months to avoid excessive accumulation that affects the sieve's service life.
- Ensure site lighting is sufficient, communication facilities are intact, and channels are unobstructed. Keep flammable/explosive materials away and maintain good fire-fighting facilities.
- Monitor operating conditions continuously, including motor current, bearing temperature, ringing sounds, bonding surface tightness, and connecting screw tightness.
- After the equipment stops, the duty officer should verify there is no residue on the screen surface and remove it if present.
Common Failures and Handling
| Warning Signs | Reason | Treatment Measure |
|---|---|---|
| Press the start button, the motor will not turn | The button is improperly connected or the control loop is faulty | Press the stop button, report to the monitor, and inform the electrician class to check and deal with it |
| Unpowered power supply | ||
| No operating power supply | ||
| Motor itself damage | ||
| Poor screening performance | The quince-shaped roller piece has a channeling shaft or falls off | Notify maintenance personnel to check and deal with |
| The screen shaft suddenly stops moving during operation | Thermal protection action of the motor | Notify electrical personnel to deal with |
| The nylon pin on the coupling has been cut | Under the condition of ensuring safety, remove the coal accumulation and debris between the sieve shaft, and notify the maintenance personnel to replace the nylon pin | |
| Roller screen output is insufficient | There is too much moisture in the coal | Reduce the output of the coal source equipment, stop the operation of the equipment and check the screen surface |

Production and Processing Procedures

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the main advantages of the roller screen?
The roller screen is driven by a single shaft for easy maintenance, features an inclined installation for quick material separation, and includes a bypass mechanism that allows materials to pass directly without screening during maintenance.
What is the maximum output size for the CGX series roller screen?
Across all models in the CGX series, the maximum output size is consistently maintained at ≤30mm, while the input size can handle materials up to 500mm depending on the specific model.
How often should the viscous deposits be cleaned?
It is recommended to open the viewing door and clean out the viscous deposits from the inner bypass and big cover every one to two months to ensure normal operation.
What should I do if the screen shaft suddenly stops moving?
This may be due to the motor's thermal protection activating or the nylon pin on the coupling being cut. Ensure safety, remove any accumulated debris, and notify electrical or maintenance personnel immediately.
How should the hard gear reducer be lubricated?
The hard gear reducer uses gear oil. The oil level must be kept in the middle of the sight oil window and should be checked by duty personnel during every shift to ensure sufficient lubrication.
What is the required action if the bearing temperature exceeds 80℃?
If the bearing temperature exceeds 80℃, you should immediately stop the equipment, report to the monitor, and notify the maintenance personnel to inspect for oil issues or bearing failure.
