For belt conveyors with a belt width of less than 1400mm, Permanent Magnetic Separators are recommended; for those with a belt width of over 1600mm, electromagnetic separators are recommended. When the material contains a large amount of impurity iron, a self-unloading magnetic separator should be selected. When the power capacity is insufficient, permanent magnetic separators should be selected. When the dust in the on-site environment is severe, a fully enclosed structure magnetic separator should be selected. When a high rate of impurity iron removal is required, different working methods of iron removal equipment can also be used in combination. For example, permanent magnetic rollers can be used at the head of the belt conveyor, and electromagnetic iron removers can be selected in the middle of the belt conveyor.
