PCH series highly efficient ring hammer crusher for power plant coal crushing

The PCH series ring hammer crusher is an impact rotor crusher equipped with ring hammers. The ring hammers can not only rotate along with the rotors but also self-rotate around the hammers. After the materials enter the crusher, they are crushed in the crusher cavity by the high-speed rotating ring hammers of the rotor. The crushed materials simultaneously gain kinetic energy from the ring hammers and rush towards the crushing plate at high speed, undergoing the first crushing, and then fall onto the screen plate. Under the shearing, squeezing, grinding of the ring hammer and the mutual collision between materials, the materials are further crushed. And it is discharged outside the machine through the sieve holes. The debris that cannot be broken is pushed into the metal collector by the ring hammer and regularly removed by the operator

    Technical features:

    The output particle size can be freely selected within the range of 3 to 60mm. When the output particle size is no more than 15mm, the production capacity should be 60% of the listed value. When the output particle size is 3mm and the surface moisture content of the material does not exceed 10%, the production capacity should be 30% of the listed value.

    When placing an order, it is necessary to specify the name of the material to be crushed, the particle size of the output, the required equipment model and the installation form (left-mounted or right-mounted). Whether the motor power and voltage require a feeding hopper or bypass trough.

Unbreakable debris is placed in the metal collector and removed regularly.

    Structural composition
