Technical Characteristics
1. The magnetic circuit is designed through computer simulation, featuring a complete dual-pole structure, high magnetic field intensity, large gradient and strong suction force.
2. High-performance neodymium iron boron is used as the magnetic source, featuring a high magnetic energy product and being less prone to demagnetization. The demagnetization rate does not exceed 5% within eight years.
3. The waist drum-shaped drum structure is equipped with an automatic deviation correction function. The fully sealed bearing housing has good sealing performance and can adapt to various harsh environments.
4. The belt automatically discharges iron, ensuring long-term continuous operation without faults.
5. The control section can be interlocked with the belt conveyor to achieve both local manual control and centralized control methods.
Working Principle:
The self-unloading magnetic separator consists of a permanent magnetic core, a body and a frame. The frame is equipped with a power motor, a drive roller, a driven roller and idlers.
The drive roller, driven roller and idlers are equipped with inclined iron belts that run around the body of the self-unloading magnetic separator. The magnetic iron in the material is adsorbed onto the surface of the iron unloading belt by the magnetic field generated by the magnetic core. When the belt moves in a circular motion, it takes the magnetic iron away from the magnetic field. After the iron is free from the magnetic effect, it naturally falls into the iron collection box. So as to realize the working principle of automatic iron unloading.
