    Technical Characteristics

    Working Principle
    The self-unloading magnetic separator consists of a permanent magnetic core, a body and a frame. The frame is equipped with a power motor, a drive roller, a driven roller and idlers.

    The drive roller, driven roller and idlers are equipped with inclined iron belts that run around the body of the self-unloading magnetic separator. The magnetic iron in the material is adsorbed onto the surface of the iron unloading belt by the magnetic field generated by the magnetic core. When the belt moves in a circular motion, it takes the magnetic iron away from the magnetic field. After the iron is free from the magnetic effect, it naturally falls into the iron collection box. So as to realize the working principle of automatic iron unloading.
