    Product Description

    Based on the belt conveyor, the belt weigh feeder is an electronic measuring device which assembles the weighing bridge (referred to as the weighing frame) in the belt conveyor to continuously weigh and measure bulk materials. It is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, electric power, mining, chemical industry, and other industrial production departments.
    For the series belt weigh feeder, the scale frame structure is simple, compact, features large stiffness, good stability, trunnion support, easy installation, high sensitivity, and good linearity. It can adapt to harsher working environments with long-term stability and reliability. The high precision and high sensitivity S-type tension weighing sensor is installed in the sealed square beam, which is safe, stable, dustproof, waterproof, and resistant to external corrosion interference, ensuring a good force measurement state.
    Using an inductance or photoelectric coding speed measurement sensor, the speed measurement accuracy is high, the signal is stable, undisturbed, and can be transmitted over a long distance with high reliability. Equipped with our HL-820 type or imported weighing controller, it offers perfect functions, simple and convenient adjustment operations, high reliability, and low maintenance, fully meeting the requirements of different users and grades.

    Measurement Control System
    The metering control system of this machine is equipped with an LX series instrument featuring a 32-bit ARM CPU and a 24-bit ADC sampling module, with a sampling speed of up to 240 times per second. It has both Chinese and English menu displays, 6 analog inputs, and 2 analog outputs. It is equipped with a standard RS485 interface (Modbus protocol), which can be fully connected to the central control system to form a DCS system.
    Native Performance Characteristics
    • The cantilever beam type bellows sealed load cell is adopted, featuring high accuracy of force/electricity conversion. The installation bracket of the sensor ensures it is not subjected to lateral force impact and has strong overload protection capacity, making it highly durable.
    • The weighing body is equipped with an automatic belt tensioning and automatic deviation correction device to maintain constant belt tension, including an alarm signal output for belt deviation exceeding the limit.
    • The weighing body is equipped with internal and external cleaning devices and unloading for the belt, effectively overcoming material adhesion and dust raising.
    • The weighing body exclusively adopts two cantilever beam high-precision sensors, which greatly improves the measurement accuracy.

    • Feeding Options: 1. Feeding hopper for free-flowing materials; 2. Vibrating feeding hopper for materials that are not easy to flow; 3. Star feeder for pouring materials; 4. Pneumatic pre-feeder for fluid bulk materials.
    • Main Components: Feeding hopper, body of the feeder, transmission device, load sensor, speed sensor, frequency converter, and weighing calculation instrument. It can connect to the upper-level DCS system through RS485 serial or fieldbus communication.
