Technical features
1.Magnetic field arrangement: The magnetic pole spacing of the disks is small, and there is no zero magnetic zone between disks.
2.Unloading: The unloading is a non-contact forced unloading type. There is a protective layer of mineral powder on the surface of the magnetic disk. There is no wear on the surface of the magnetic disk. The service life of the whole machine is 8 to 10 times that of the conventional model. At the same time, it also improves the grade of the recovered magnetic minerals.
3. Large processing capacity: This machine is specially designed for tailings reselection. Its structure features the ability to handle large flow rates and low-grade tailings, and its processing capacity is several times or even ten times that of the existing cylindrical magnetic separator.
4. High recovery rate: All materials passing between the disks are subjected to the magnetic field, and magnetic minerals are fully recovered, resulting in a high recovery rate.
5.Water conservation: Due to the unique magnetic field arrangement, magnetic minerals contain a large amount of water. The removed minerals are in a flowing state, and basically no water needs to be added or a small amount of supplementary water can be added.
6. Energy saving: One disc-type tailings recovery machine has a large processing capacity, occupies a small area, has high output efficiency, and consumes 2.2kw-7.5kw of power.
7. Easy installation: The disc-type tailings recovery machine has a large processing capacity, small floor space, and a small difference in the inlet and outlet material levels. It can basically be installed wherever there is a tail chute.
